Terms of use

CLS Control provides remote access to lighting control equipment for named account holders. Accounts are issued by the installer responsible for an installation. There is no public sign-up and no charge collected through this site.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself and do not share them. Tell your installer promptly if you think an account has been compromised. Do not attempt to reach equipment your account has not been granted access to.

The equipment

This portal is a route to controllers that run independently of it. They keep running their programmed lighting whether or not this site is reachable, so an outage here does not by itself put a building in the dark. Changes made through the portal take effect on real equipment, so make them with care.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. It depends on internet connectivity at the installation, which is outside our control. Access may be suspended where that is necessary to protect an installation or the service itself.

Anything about these terms, your account, or access to a system goes to the installer who fitted it.
